Vendor Code of Conduct

To ensure quality in our homes, every vendor who supplies material or labor service to Touchmark Homes is required to sign a Code of Conduct Agreement.

This Agreement states:

1. I agree to provide only top quality services and/ or products.
2. I agree to report any damage or loss immediately to Touchmark Homes.
3. I agree to manage my own staff to minimize theft and damages.
4. I agree to take responsibility for my own company’s actions.
5. I agree to treat every homebuyer / homeowner just as I would like to be treated.
6. I agree to provide warranty services on homes my company has serviced for one year as provided by law.
7. I agree to do everything in my ability to represent a partnership between my company and Touchmark Homes.
